Green

Two full page spots and some lil' fellas for Maureen Adamo at Las Vegas CityLife. I had fun with these fellas. Man, I am obsessed with traffic jams.

Natty History

Drawing from the dioramas at the Natural History Museun in NY. A little 4-5 year old girl walked up beside and said, "Oh my. What a talent you are!". It was precocious and patronizing at the same time. God Bless the chilluns.

Big Fun Wedding!

Michelle Provencal, me, Greg Zadrozny (the groom), Delano Dunn, Chang Park and his lovely daughter Emily, and Owen Sherwood - a Pratt reunion, and a hell of a wedding.

Save the Date!

My Big Bro Nate is getting married to the lovely and talented Katie Reetz, and they let me get my grubby little hands on the save the date card:). Gonna be a great wedding. Very excited!

Allergic Reaction!

Piece for the super nice Annemarie Neff at American Medical News, which is sadly no longer printing on paper but has moved onto digital pastures . . . Saving money - yes. Saving trees - yes. . . But mark my word, paper is king. Long live the king.

Freddie 2 - Queen II Tour

At Amy's 29th Jam, I met up with a trio of illo and design genius: Kiersten Essenpries, James Tischler, and Kate Glasheen. They also make a fantastic doo-wop trio. This is during Kiersten's solo on "Under the Boardwalk".

Another Freddie for my friend Amy's 29th birthday. This is from the white leotard era which ran through the Jazz album, and the Live Killers records with some variation.

Let Me Entertain You

There's never been any one better than Freddie. This was actually a belated birthday present for my buddy Colin, who Ive been friends with since the Kindygarden. We both started listening to Queen pretty obsessively in 4th grade, and while I had a lapse of interest for about five years, Ive found them again, right where I left them, and those harmonies sound so sweet.

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year! My first job of the new year? I managed to snag the cover of the ol' family newsletter.

New and Improved upon nothing!

So, away we go with this new concept that all the kids are talking about. Blog entry 1. Well, the general ideer is that this is going to contain all the fun new stuff I do all the time because I have the greatest life ever. I realize that at this point I'm pretty much talking to myself, but soon enough I will conquer this "internet" in the same way I conquered Nantucket, and Temptation Island. I will also post the locations and times when you MAY (I get in trouble with my therapist when I say "must" all the time) MAY go and see pictures I have created from the darkness of my soul, which is actually "mixed media". In summation, I called dibs on this blog a long, long time ago, and you can't have it.
